Munsoft was informed that the National Treasury mSCOA team is intensifying their efforts to meet the following priorities by 31 May 2018:
- Submission of ADJB for 2017/18 and TABB data strings for 2018/19
- Submission of PRAD for 2017/18 and PRTA (Project Detail Tabled Budget) data strings for 2018/19
- Submission of M01 to M10 (cumulative) for 2017/18: Deadline is 10 working days after the end of the month (as per MBRR)
Please note for the above that your budgets have to be completed and balance sheet budgeting run. Furthermore the IDP has to be imported or captured for PRAD (2019 tabled) and PTRA (2018 Adjustment).
National Treasury wants a 100% compliance in respect of the successful submission (stage 1 and 2) of the above data strings by 31 May 2018.
The Munsoft system allows you to complete all of the above tasks. We have also worked to improve the validation errors received on the NT portal.
We urge you to complete the above tasks in the system and to upload to NT before the 31st of May 2018.
