Kindly be reminded of the quarterly release cycle dates and take note of the below very important information which will have an impact on budget procedures.
Munsoft Version 7.3.1 Release Dates: 11 - 14 August 2020
The following will be included in Munsoft Version 7.3.1 and needs to be noted and known in advance:
- Primary and Secondary Budget will be implemented with a new Adjustment Budget module, meaning that the Balance Sheet alignment done during the ORGB process will be adopted by the Adjustment Budget.
- The new Adjustment Budget module will provide for all essential adjustments and amendments. All future adjustments will be done through the new Budget Adjustment process or the normal Budget Virement process. (The Project Bulk Amend and Budget Amend options will be removed)
Should your internal processes require an earlier release of the above mentioned, kindly inform us by no later than 15 July 2020, by sending an e-mail to your SDM.
A Functionality Release will then be scheduled for after 20 July, containing only the mentioned functionality, to accommodate internal processes.
Munsoft Version 7.3.1 will be released as planned and will also include the mentioned functionality.
