Reporting to COO.

Main Job Purpose

To identify the customer need and the larger business objectives that the ERP product or feature will fulfil, articulates what success looks like for the ERP product, and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Defining a vision and seeing it through.
• Outlines what success looks like.
• Understanding and representing user needs.
• Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
• Defining a vision for a product.
• Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
• Works with outside stakeholders.
• Works at a conceptual level.
• Prioritising product features and capabilities.
• Creating a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision-making.
• Writing Technical Requirements and Specifications.
• Coming up with product optimisations and new product ideas.
• Conducting Market Research.

Certifications and Qualifications

A minimum of the following certification and/or qualifications or equivalent proven experience is required:

• 3 Years Bachelor’s degree
• Tertiary qualification in Financial, Product or studying of same.
