Vacancy - Senior Service Delivery Manager - July 2019

The Senior Service Delivery Manager (SDM) not only performs the functions of the SDM but also oversees the key responsibilities of a team of SDM’s. This position is a managerial role that requires you to achieve a high level of client satisfaction within your assigned territories through the effective management of your SDM team.

Responsibilities & Attributes:

  • Strong business acumen and people management skills
  • Weekly reporting of your territory including temperature checks, challenges, possible issues and
  • solutions
  • Assist team members with all escalations until effectively resolved
  • Ensure client satisfaction within your territory through the successful meeting of all SLA's
  • Facilitate effective internal communication between departments
  • Foster positive inter-departmental cooperation
  • Assist team members to identify opportunities to improve the clients' efficiencies through the
  • introduction of additional product & service offerings
  • Hold regular team meetings and review account plans for accuracy and thoroughness
  • Mentor, guide and advise team members for successful outcomes
  • Monitor and investigate breaches in performance or quality
  • Able to effectively articulate the company’s products and services
  • Effective time management

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in a managerial role with a strong understanding of the Local Government landscape. He / she is able to comfortably operate at an Executive level, work under tight deadlines and is a self-starter able to prioritize given responsibilities. The candidate must have
