Is Munsoft compatible with the new statutory legislation?
Munsoft was designed and development to be compatible with the conditions of the MFMA and with thre Power OLAP reporting tool Munsoft produces all the statutory reports as well.
What makes a good implementation project?
The answer to this is better answered by responding to the question “what makes a bad implementation?”
Simply put, the answer to this is when the users does not want to be involved and they adopt a “call me when it’s ready” approach.
What about regular training?
We offer additional user training at our offices in Johannesburg or at a convenient point for the Municipality.
We have a training facility at our Offices and a mobile training facility comprising 8 Laptops configured for training.
How do you provide on-going support?
This is provided on-line backed up by on-site support when necessary.
Support services are the subject of a Service Level Agreement and the Municipality must provide a Diginet Line for on-line support as part of this agreement.
How long does a typical Munsoft implementation project take?
This does vary according to each project requirement. Ideally we plan for a 4 month project time line.

What is the PRO IV Run time and why do I need it?
Munsoft is developed in an Object Oriented 4th Generation programming Language called PRO IV.
PRO IV is developed and continually enhanced by a London Stock Exchange listed company called NorthgateArinso Information Systems.
