It gives us great pleasure to introduce the company behind Munsoft with our people and our shared

Munsoft was designed and development to be compatible with the conditions of the MFMA and with Caseware reporting tool Munsoft produces all the statutory reports as well.

Simply put, the answer to this is when the users does not want to be involved and they adopt a “call me when it’s ready” approach.

We offer additional user training at our offices in Johannesburg or at a convenient point for the Municipality.
We have a training facility at our Offices and a mobile training facility comprising 16 Laptops configured for training.

This is provided on-line backed up by on-site support when necessary.
Support services are the subject of a Service Level Agreement and the Municipality must provide a Diginet Line for on-line support as part of this agreement.

Munsoft is developed in an Object Oriented 4th Generation programming Language called PRO IV.
PRO IV is developed and continually enhanced by a London Stock Exchange listed company called NorthgateArinso Information Systems.

The Available Budget is checked on every expenditure transaction. If there is not enough Budget, a Budget Adjustment or a Budget Transfer from another Vote will have to be done referring to a valid Council resolution number.
