They keep their system up to date with all the latest legislation and also try to assist with other products which are compatible with their system to try and ensure that the financial departments work at maximum efficiency e.g. arranging for Case Ware to produce Annual Financial Statements and National Treasury reporting more quickly,saving time and cost to the municipality. They interact with the municipalities whom they serve by having user group meetings to ascertain what their requests are for additions and other facilities which they may require. Munsoft also interfaces with the salary packages of PayDay and VIP. This municipality has no hesitation in recommending Munsoft as an excellent financial package for any municipality.

We are extremely satisfied with the level of support which we receive from their Customer Support Center and whenever we have had any issues they have been dealt with swiftly. Munsoft's service delivery and relationships with their clients are extraordinary and their Management and Staff always go the extra mile to please their users. Technology and implementation is of utmost importance to them and emphasis is places on new features and government compliancy on all updates and additions to the system. We have found this system to be modern and integrated enabling uncomplicated usage by our employees. Fresh ideas are continually been explored and improvement made. Nkangala District Municipality
Nkangala District Municipality has been dealing with Munsoft for the past 15 years and we have been receiving un-qualified audit reports for the last 10 years and been recipients of the Vuna Awards. Munsoft has kept abreast with developments in the IT world and today we are running on the latest release Munsoft 5i with features such as MMS'ing of Customer Statements, complete integration from the Vote Ledger to the CaseWare GRAP AFS and NT Budget Formats and a fully Integrated Supply Chain database Module. They have an excellent Web Based help desk which enables Munsoft to provide immediate support when a call is logged. We are aware that Munsoft has just completed a revamp of their Fixed Assets Module to make it GRAP compliant and we are looking forward to upgrade our existing Asset Module. We are convinced we are running on the most modern Oracle Based state of the art financial system and will not hesitate to recommend it to any Municipality.
