We offer additional user training at our offices in Johannesburg or at a convenient point for the Municipality.
We have a training facility at our Offices and a mobile training facility comprising 16 Laptops configured for training.

This is provided on-line backed up by on-site support when necessary.
Support services are the subject of a Service Level Agreement and the Municipality must provide a Diginet Line for on-line support as part of this agreement.

Munsoft is developed in an Object Oriented 4th Generation programming Language called PRO IV.
PRO IV is developed and continually enhanced by a London Stock Exchange listed company called NorthgateArinso Information Systems.

Oracle is the world leading database and it is both affordable and really reliable. Because Munsoft is on Oracle, we are compatible with Microsoft Desktop productivity software and integration to other systems becomes a simple task. We have created data views for our users to extract data directly from Oracle to a MS Excel spreadsheet.

Oracle is the leading database supplier in the world – and for good reason! Since we began installing Munsoft  in June of 2003, we have not had ONE data corruption For the smaller user (10 – 50 users), Oracle Standard Edition One only costs approximately R 1000.00 per user. A small price to pay for data integrity and reliability!
