We have more than 25 highly qualified staff & contractors to provide a superior level of countrywide service to our clients. Support is based around our Internet based Help Desk system whereby the user logs the support call and a series of event driven computer generated responses will ensure rapid resolution.
 
This is backed up by on-line access to our clients system to ensure a really fast response to support calls. We have Regional support capability, with support resident in Mpumulanga and KwaZulu Natal backed up by our on-line centralized support.
